JAMAICA MISSION

The recent mission to Kingston Jamaica was sponsored by a group of Canadian hearing aid specialists and audiologists. Provincial Hearing Aid Service Ltd. was among the group of sponsors. The mission efforts were led by Bill Austin and Managing Director of Starkey Canada Jason Toone. The Canadian team included David & Barbara Barr, Debbie Davis, Annette Cross, Leslie Holden , Angela Jean, Kevin McNabb, Lisa Richardson, Sue Schlatt, Glenda & Mike Vout and Brenda Walsh.

Over three days 550 children and adults were fitted with 1,070 hearing aids. We give a special thanks to Crystal Rose and the Jamaica Association for the Deaf for the coordination of all the patients and the event.  Here are some photos from the mission:
